The building itself is a converted townhouse, a large open space on the ground floor which contains various antiques and curios, vintage items of varying value. Cold Spring Harbour, Long Island

A traditional spa, Little Waves caters to all clients and provides a range of traditional spa treatments from facials and massages to sauna and steam rooms. There's a secondary location further back, though, where there are twelve individual baths and a large communal one which are filled directly with water from the sea. Each bath is ten foot long and fifty foot deep, the communal bath is the width and length of an olympic swimming pool and is approximately seventy feet deep, disappearing underground. It's lit with a mixture of natural and artifical light and each bath has coral, seaweed and fish for hunting. These are exclusively for merfolk use to allow them to change regularly somewhere safe where their needs are met.

For mer who come from warmer waters, half the individual baths are also artificially warmed to reflect other ocean temperatures.

This club is not for children or those who are of a sensitive disposition. It's dark, seedy, and filled with creatures of all genders there to look at things they aren't allowed to touch. Supernatural dancers - exotic and of all races - perform to an audience that, for the most part, follow the rules. If they don't, the well-trained and highly alert security staff will remove them from the premises and a ban will be in effect.

A small locally run garage for all your tune-up needs, focusing on fixing what's broken and keeping cars on the road, Sunrise isn't where you go to get detailing and modifications but if you need a tyre change or have a funny squeaking noise coming from somewhere, this is the place to go. Reliable and cheap, Sunrise is a fixture in Queens even if it's under new management.

The Antique is an upmarket, exclusive Coffee House with a restaurant on the top floor. They frown on trainers, hoodies and anything that makes their clientele look messy or untidy. They cater to humans until a certain point in the evening when they close their doors and then only allow Supernatural Clientele through the door, and even then, those clients must have a membership card, though they can bring in a plus one who is a non-member and are allowed one guest each.

The Jam Jar is as quirky as it sounds, a rustic style coffee shop which actively shuns Starfucks and Crap-osta and any other kind of main-stream coffee shop, catering to students and hipsters and anyone else who doesn't want to be a part of the Starfucks culture. They serve home made cakes and pastries and have only the best coffee and tea imported from around the world. If they don't have it, you don't need to drink it.

It isn't for those who have a weak stomach or those that happen to be faint at heart, the fights can and do get quite brutal.

In particular the supernaturally inclined are welcome here just as long as they respect the long standing "do not eat, maim, kill or otherwise harm the shop owner or the people who work there" flavour called Karaoke.
