I've just been told by some bustling elder woman that I need to work on my people skills. Honestly? Was she serious? I have the best people skills this side of Britain! And excuse my bloody language, but how was it that I could be quite rude in my manner after taking my time to help her out with a little problem she had thrown at me in the first place?

I'm an understanding man, and I will take some criticism with a grain of salt, but just because you're in a hospital and it's made you quite callous doesn't mean the staff is devoid of emotion despite some doctor's practices.

I did nothing but do my job. And it wasn't even something in my department, but she asked and I helped. Apparently, my initial distraction was rude and the way I went about it was not to her liking. said she was a grown woman and all, but I wasn't even aware that I had treated her otherwise. Some people, you just can't please them.
