They're both exhilarating in different ways. Quidditch is a team sport, and a competition, so there's the thrill of competing in an intense environment with a group of people that you've bonded with trying to achieve the same goal. When working with dragons, part of the thrill is staying alive. The other part is just how incredibly marvelous creatures they are.
