There are a few OOC things that you will need to take care of first before you jump into play.

● Accept our community invites
● Run the friend button
● Add your character's baggage to Baggage Claim
● Track the Plotbox page - you will want to get notifications of new plot comments and challenge posts.
● Update your application to include your character's occupation and residence on the island.
● Introduce yourself and your character in platform_ooc
● Read the arrival pamphlet created by Delphine Smith for your character. They will find it upon waking up in their new bed, along with their journal.
● Check the accommodation page to become familiar with your character's hutmates and the conditions of the hut itself. Also check out the jobs page to know what your character's place of employment is like and who their coworkers are at this time.
● Please note: Your character will get what is inside their luggage AFTER they deal with it. Each piece of baggage is locked and the item inside will remain unknown until they manage to resolve it through IC interactions and development. Your character is rewarded with the item inside once you as the writer believe that your character has sufficiently resolved the baggage.
