That's not what I said at all.
Just the adoption process can take years, I figured why not just get our foot in the door just in case? Unless adopting just isn't in the cards for you.

I just...you're going in what tomorrow? So...try again and we'll just have a back up plan that's all. It's like being a general you gotta have back up plans.
