So, with King's help, I've got a menu selected for Thursday. Hopefully I'm not biting off more than I can chew, but I'm sure that with his help .. it'll be okay. Maybe. Even though Bailey thinks it won't be. Jerk!

Anyway, here's what we're having :

-- A selection of fruits and cheeses. I'm thinking apples, bosc pears, and grapes. Most likely havarti, cheddar, and pepper jack.
-- Garden salad.
-- Traditional roasted turkey.
-- Mashed potatoes NOT from a box.
-- Turkey gravy, obviously.
-- Stuffing.
-- Green bean casserole.
-- Sweet corn.
-- Biscuits and butter.
-- Cranberry sauce .. admittedly from a can.
-- Homemade pumpkin pie and apple pie. And a tub of cool whip because .. I like cool whip.
-- Wine, though .. I'm not sure which one. I'm gonna have to get somebody to help me pick a good one. I don't really .. do wine. Ha!
-- Coffee and cocoa. Bailey, you can suck it up. J is on coffee detail!

Okay, I think that's about it. If I can pull this off without burning anything or undercooking anything .. Mom will be so proud .. even if she only hears about it. ... Yeah.
