I can't bring myself to really talk about it. To actually sit down, face to face with someone .. and talk about it. I just keep playing it over and over in my head. But I can't ..

It's hard to let things go when you can't even open up about it. I mean, I had a little break through last night but it was on this stupid journal. I couldn't even walk the ten feet to talk to King to his face. I couldn't even write the words. It just hurts to think about it and I'd rather just pretend it never happened. But I know that's not healthy. I know I have to get it out, I have to talk about it.

I just .. I'm gonna go play with the puppy.
