A face was made at the idea of going through that immediately after the suggestion. Maybe it was procrastination at its finest, but even with one voice Syd would prefer a bit of a warning prior to jumping into therapy. Particularly that kind, with yourself-selves who had such a delicate balance to begin with? Yeah. Warning was good. Smiling wryly at his grumbles and mumbles, she only nodded firmly. “The funnest.” Which, by the way, was totally a word. She didn’t know what yet, but she’d figure something out.
Laughing quietly, she lifted her eyebrows. “Oh, that’s why…nothing to do with your lack of spatial awareness.” Teased as she got up as well. Digging and offering up a side of the fabric to walk hand in hand, she swung their hands once he took hold of it. “We should get pillows.” She was thinking aloud, trying to come up with things that wouldn’t hurt when she ultimately pulled a Carrie (pig’s blood at prom Carrie, not either of theirs) and telekinesis went a’flying. “Rudy is tall and handsome, isn’t he?” Really, they were all quite the good-looking group.
“Do you think you can tell when I’ve switched?” She had been curious about that earlier, wondering how it was for telepaths when something was – off – like that. “And I kind of always wanted to have telekinesis.” Admitted as they walked down the long hall, smiling up at him and giving a shrug. “Matilda was one of my favorite books. The movie is good too.”
