I've decided to give myself thirty days. As of October 21, I will no longer be working at Whiskey Tavern in London.

I just need to find a job before then, and I'll be all set. I've got some ideas of where to look, but good grief, this is a whole world I thought I'd be figuring out when the war ended, not nearly twenty years later.

Got any ideas I can go off of for this job search? I'm thinking I might like to work at the Ministry, I just have no idea where to start with that whole process.

I'm not opposed, but I wouldn't say I'm confident, either. I considered opening a liquor store, once. Wines and spirits from around the world. For instance, in Russia they drink Snow Ale instead of Butterbeer. But I just... well, I don't have the start up capitol, for one.

I think I'm more comfortable going for the Ministry, at this point. I'm just not sure what position I'm right for.

Snow Ale? That sounds very intriguing. I don't think I've ever had it, but suddenly I think I'm going to have to find some for myself.

Start up capitol is a problem...hm. Perhaps look into loans through Gringotts? I'm sure a lack of funds is very common.

Well, you seem to have a lot in the transfiguration side of things. I'm not very familiar with the department, but does the Animagus Registrar employ instructors of any kind? Or is that usually more something people do without any formal guidance?

I can't say I have much of a taste for it anymore, when I returned to London the first thing I did (quite literally) was get a Butterbeer.

I would consider it, I'd just be afraid of the business failing.

I mostly learned from Minerva McGonagall, but yes, there are instructors of a sort. It's really not something you can do on your own, actually. Doing the transformation incorrectly can result in permanent damage. I suppose that's something to look into.
