I still can't believe it- poor Dedalus. It's absolutely horrid- have we found any leads yet? I know we're looking for some kind of pyromaniac, but was there anything else to go off of?



Why am I not surprised it's a boy? A brand new Marauder to drive McGonagall mad, yeah? He's already restless, I think. Congrats again, dad. I'll leave you to tell the rest of the boys.

Both of us Aunts and Mothers in the same year? And I can't believe I had to find out through Vernon of all people...not that I'd told her I was pregnant yet, but really, it's- It's such a tough spot. We're both starting families of our own, but we can hardly stand each other. Maybe I should send an owl- letter. Something. Try to patch things up. Oh, why am I so bad at this? Honestly. You know, I bet Mum would use this as an excuse for us to try to get along better. For our children. She'd take us out shopping for a million and one baby books and things and try to scare us with horror stories from when she was pregnant. Mum would know what to do. She always did.

If only she could see us now. Or maybe she wouldn't want to.
