In most worlds, there are witches/wizards and then there are muggles. The former are capable of performing magic and the latter are not. Witches and wizards have been hiding from muggles for centuries because it is too dangerous to show our true power. Muggles have been murdering witches and wizards since we have both existed. There is no justification for hiding; it is cowardice.

I firmly believe it is wrong to be forced to hide who you are. We hang our heads as if in shame because we are special. Muggles are greedy and so they cannot stand not being able to do magic. That is why we are hunted. To get rid of the muggles, to stop being afraid of the only threat to our society, [...] it's for the greater good. Then we could live peacefully out in the open, where we belong.

Originally there was another. Dumbledore was as equally bright and talented as myself and we shared a dream. After her brother died, we grew apart and I went off on my own. That is the time I come from. In the future, my power and control steadily grows in Eastern Europe.
