RODOLPHUS LESTRANGE; oo1
I have just now returned from a month abroad in central France, where I met with several officials regarding new regulations that will make travel a privilege, not a right. This will, of course, not affect the majority of us, but those who have been using unconventional means of transportation (flying carpents, unregistered Floo networks, unauthorized apparation, etc.) may find themselves in a bit of a snag the next time they wish to go somewhere.
It is, however, very good to be returned to London. Whenever I am away, I miss the fog, the aching dreariness of this city. It is comforting to be somewhere where the weather rarely surprises.
