Lily said nothing in response, and suddenly she didn't want her ice cream at all anymore. She didn't understand what the big deal was about stopping by the house really quickly, but upon more thought, she wasn't entirely sure she understood anything about what might've been happening between her and Sirius. After a minute or two of saying nothing she finally spoke up, "Am I just a friend to you Sirius?"
