There is perhaps one other that I would include in my aforementioned observations, but to be blunt, he seems a right arse and is rather lacking the subtlety I prefer to employ over the next year. While brute force may solve a surprisingly great number of problems, I foresee it causing nothing but trouble in the long run. I prefer to avoid such trouble.
I find your terms agreeable, with but one caveat: we are each given the ability to sever the alliance at any time provided the other is given adequate forewarning.
