Lucifer has requested to meet me on Sunday in Miami. I know not of his intentions, but since he is the one to be making the first move, our plans have changed.

Regardless of any developments, I will update you by Friday. If you do not hear from me then, consider me out of the equation.

Waiting until Friday or Saturday will give the illusion of making prior preparations. You will need to speak with Lucifer on behalf of all six remaining Sins - he has to think everyone is involved - and you will declare war. Lucifer also needs to believe that you are out for the throne; otherwise, the threat will be less significant. If he offers you a deal, it cannot be anything less than a contract signed in blood.

If Lucifer has called me out to meet me because of this, it means that at least one of us has told him. The most likely candidate is Wrath - if he believes she is playing both sides, his side will take care of her, and that will be one less problem for us.

The first step is to kill Temperance and pin it on Lucifer. I am sure you have a good enough tongue to put a reasonable spin on the issue. Lucifer will have countless minions trying to protect him - so let Gluttony clear out all the weeds, and just sit back and wait.

The angels will know; I anticipate at least Metatron and Michael will be aware of what is happening - if they decide to chase you or if another angel is sent to do so, let them. Their apparent involvement in our war will also be a factor Lucifer will consider. Whatever the case, Gluttony has to continue believing that Lucifer killed Temperance - I will deal with the debris when I return.

If I have not returned and nothing has happened by then, do not retreat - push until Lucifer will move. I believe that he will act when the security of the empty throne is threatened - be it a real threat or a bluff - and when Satan returns, that will be his problem to deal with.

Actually usurping the throne should be a last resort; it will work if you pull the right strings and take away the core pieces, but I suspect none of us will want to have to deal with Satan when the time comes. Lucifer was the one who made the first move - to which our response was 'fight back'; everything will fall on his head unless the throne is actually taken.

There is no need to get your hands dirty. Just as I have used pride to turn the angels against themselves, envy for and desire of the throne for themselves should be enough to turn the demons against each other. Lust can also easily gain entire legions of demons working for her, should you wish to use her.

All this is just a precaution - but you know that anything can happen when it comes to dealing with hell.
