My agreement with Lucifer was brokered through our authorities alone. He is not the type to consult with the others. ~~Unfortunately we are more alike than we care to admit, although it does make casting predictions easier.~~

I am more than aware that some of you have demons with thick skulls and extra tentacles, and have trouble letting you go regardless of what Lucifer says. Just because he is happy to let us go does not mean that everyone is in accord. Some of you have counterparts that are not the type to take our separation lying down and you know better than anyone else what they are capable of.

Now that the Morningstar has decided to vacate the building as well, there are no more guarantees. Your demons are your own battles to fight and I have no interest in interfering with your affairs. However, it is going to be troublesome if they decide to do what they do best.

If they attempt to make contact, or try anything more, I would prefer to know about it. What you choose to tell me and what you choose to keep to yourself is your decision to make, but there is only six of us, and they have at least a hundred legions of demons between them. We cannot afford to sustain major losses; the choice is between a pre-emptive strike or losing everything.

Should I make any move, you will hear from me again in ten days, after my return. Try not to get yourselves killed before then.

What is the point when nothing can be done? He's got his leverage, and much as it pains me to admit, there is not much of anything I can do against him - as failed attempts have only proven.

I know the New Ones are striking out as they see fit, no doubt with Desmond in the fray it's only a matter of time before the bore with Heaven and begin looking to Hell at his urging.
