I'm having a bit of trouble with an interior design job I'm working on at the moment. The client has a lot of very specific requests, which is fine, but the whole time I'm in the space there's another voice criticising every choice we make. I get it, you lived and died here but the fact is you are dead and you have to let your descendants move on and make some changes. It's gotten to the point where we have to take meetings away from the house just to get some peace. I don't envy the contractors who actually have to complete the work. I think she'll end up having to pay them extra.

We probably won't be around next weekend as we'll have a guest staying with us, so I've put up two weeks plot.
