Yes, and it went well. I'm sorry I was going to post a thread, and I got busy with trying to finish up the house for my brother because I just got confirmation that she's 75 to 80% in the canal, so I have less then a week to get everything finished! But yes, it went well. Gia definitely gave her the job if she still wants it. As for hours I haven't had time to come up with a schedule, but I'll work on that tonight, but Gia is one of those girls that wouldn't make her work all nights. Unless it's what she needs. And she'll get two days off a week and all that jazz. As for salary I was thinking $9 to $10 an hour? I have no idea if that's fair or not, so we could always fudge it a bit. We can say she started right away, or whenever she wanted to. I'm going to work on hours of business and then her hours hopefully tonight if I get enough time, otherwise I will try and do that tomorrow during the day, because I'm taking the day off. Ooh no that's fine! It's been so crazy around here too that I don't mind, haha. Awwh but yaaaay, that's exciting and fun! Totally more important haha. Natalie is flexible with hours! She doesn't do anything else, lmao. I think she'd rather work when August is working, but he also studies at night so a few nights wouldn't hurt. Because it's a touristy, coastal town, I feel like a lot of that stuff is open more during the day? And $9-$10 is perfect, I think! That's definitely more than what she was making at the cafe because I'm pretty sure she was making minimum wage, probably nothing good, haha. And I think they cut her hours a lot and she probably didn't make the best tips. But that'll be awesome! Yaaay, now Natalie is employed again haha. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

I'm so effin giddy. As much as I want her to wait unti her due date, a part of me can't deny that I want her here now so I can snuggle the crap out of her. I'm pretty much gonna have Gia take on most nights. I think at most Nat would have two or 3 a week. As for the hours, I know I'm going to have it open most days. On the days Nat has off, Gia will run it herself. I think the latest I'll have it open is 9. I'm gonna look up some stuff and figure it all out. I figured that'd make her day, and it's really going to help Gia out, so a few extra $$$ isn't going to hurt to pay her. :-) (Reply to this) (Parent)
