Jordan and Luke scene at the park after kids soccer practice
Today Monday afternoon, and that was the day that the twins, and Madi had their soccer practice at the park. Jordan always took them every Monday and loved watching them they were so adorable and it always brought a smile to her lips. They just loved soccer, and they always had so much fun playing. They had also made a lot of friends which was good for building their social skills. She had noticed it had been good for her own social skills as well being that she had made friends with some of the mothers of the other children there that were friends with Madi, and the twins. Jordan hadn't always been the best at making friends, she had always been more reserved, and closed off through high school. She never really had a lot of friends growing up, her only real best friend was her cousin Jake, and after his death that had really been traumatic for her as they had been really close. Working for the Velmonts and being around Madi and the twins really in a sense brought her out of her shell, and opened her up to the possibilities of making friendships, and being more open with her own family, as well as with the Velmonts. The children brought her a happiness that she hadn't felt since the death of Jake, and that was a huge step towards recovery that not even countless hours of therapy had accomplished.

Today Jordan was sitting on the parks bench watching the three young children play with their friends as practice had just ended, but sometimes the kids liked to stay a little while longer afterwards to play with their friends. She reached into her back jeans pocket to grab her phone out and sent Diane a quick text message telling her that the kids wanted to stay a little while after practice to play with their friends, but that they would be home in a little while and not to worry. She sat back and waved goodbye to some of the other parents as they were leaving. Her eyes were watching the kids play, but she also couldn't help but notice the new assistant coach he had been helping the head coach out for a few weeks now, she couldn't help but to be curious about him. She had only spoke to him briefly in passing, but she had taken notice to him, he was an attractive guy, and seemed really great with all of the kids. She tried not to let her eyes wonder upon him to a point where it was obvious that she was watching him as he gathered up all the soccer balls into the bag. She smiled in his direction as their eyes met for a moment and then she glanced away shyly and returned her gaze to the children playing.

Luke was working on putting the equipment away. He had been doing this for about a month now, they had brought him into town to get the lay of the land and find a way in and he saw the girl seated on the bleachers who was honestly the best way in. He moved to run his hand through his hair before he made his way over to her after he got the last ball and tossed it into his bag. " I don't think we've actually met, I'm Luke. " He spoke as he held out a hand to her and moved to sit down alongside of her and he glanced towards the kids. "Family, I know they can't be your kids so I'm going to go with sisters and brother?" He asked as he looked her over though truth was he knew who they were related to and that she was their Nanny. He had done his research on all of the kids, their families, those that surrounded the Velmonts. There were a lot of things going on over the years surrounding that family and they always managed to skate under the radar without anyone looking into them, but not any longer. "They're good kids, Madi is a tough one though, you can tell that kid is going to be a handful."

When the assistant coach started to make his way over towards Jordan she saw him coming towards her and she could feel her nerves in her stomach. She hadn't actually ever carried on a conversation with the guy before, and now he was walking over towards her. When he came closer she looked up at him and smiled. Moving her hand towards his and shaking it softly. " Nice to meet you Luke, I'm Jordan. " She replied and then looked out towards the children as he asked about them. " Nope, I'm an only child." She laughed softly raising a hand to tuck a few loose strands of hair behind her ear. " I'm just the nanny. I work for Mr. and Mrs Velmont. " She said simply and listened as he spoke about them being good kids, and Madi being a tough one. she nodded her head. " Yeah they are awesome kids, and Madi is tough just like her father. " She said and then glanced towards Luke and added. " You're really great with all of the kids. They all seem to take to you really well. "

He moved to sit there and he smiled when she mentioned she was tough like her father. "I believe that, she definitely has to have someone strong in her family to be like that. I am the oldest of 5, my youngest siblings are 9 right now. I left town to go to school and ended up here, so i am doing school and taking on the assistant coach as a little bit of extra. " He spoke with a shrug of his shoulders as he eased back and watched the kids running around before turning towards her. " Are you from here? What do you like to do? I am new here so I basically go to school, come here, and go home. Have no idea what this town is all about but I'll figure it out eventually. " He spoke with a laugh and flashing her a wide smile. She was cute, she seemed sweet, he was usually a good judge of character but he couldn't imagine how she got herself involved with the Velmonts unless she didn't know what they were all about.

Jordan listened as Luke talked about being the oldest of five. She thought that was cool that he had that many siblings. It had always kinda sucked being the only child, there was her cousin Jake who had been more like a brother to her, which was why it was so difficult on her when he died. " That's cool that you have so many siblings. I always wanted brothers and sisters. " She said with a shrug of her shoulders. " A had a cousin, Jake. we were always really close. He died two years ago." She said with a furrowed brow it was still hard to talk about him. " Uhm, I grew up in Vegas, we just recently moved here about eight months ago. I work a lot, but I love music so when I'm not working there's this after dark lounge where people sort of hang out at and they show case their songs that they've written. It's pretty cool, if you like all types of music. "

Jordan glanced over towards the children to see that they were all playing and laughing and having a really good time. She smiled and then turned her attention back to Luke. " What do you like to do? " From the looks of him he looked like he worked out he was really built, and had a nice body, she figured he liked going to the gym. " There's a gym in town, if you're into that sort of thing. " She said with a smile. "

luke smiled when she mentioned she had always wanted siblings, he listened to her while she spoke and took in every word. " i bet thats cool, listening to what people come up with before it gets any sort of attention, it's fresh and new." he nodded his head as he watched her, looking back and forth between her and between the kids running around on the field. he saw them chasing each other and watch when they noticed jordan was watching and they would wave back, it was actually really sweet, they obviously loved the woman. " they seem to adore you." he spoke as he glanced in her direction and he listened to her mention the gym and he nodded his head. " i think i've been there a few times, i am just figuring things out as i go, i find some places and asking others about what else is out there. maybe i can get you to hang out with me one day, show me what your life is like... how's that?"

Jordan smiled and nodded her head when Luke spoke. " Yep, fresh and new. I like that. Music has always been a huge part of my life, so I was like goodtimes, when I stumbled across the after dark lounge. " She said seeming pretty stoked about the place. Jordan waved towards the kids as they called out her name and waved before turning their attention back to their friends. The children did adore Jordan very much so and she was just crazy about them. She never would have thought that one day she would be so fond of three little kids, but they were really amazing and she was so happy that she was apart of the Velmont clan. She really didn't know much about what went on behind closed doors with Christians dealings, but she had heard things around town, people did talk. She did her best not to believe all the gossip however. Christian had always been really nice towards her, but something about him seemed off to her always. Jordan had good intuition when it came to people and things and there was something about MR. Velmont that made her nervous, she didn't like to be around him if she was alone, so she avoided that always at all costs. It wasn't often that that ever happened so it was fine.

" Jordan smiled when Luke mentioned that the children seemed to adore her and she nodded her head. " Yeah I think It's a pretty mutual thing. " She said looking towards the three little ones and smiling. When Luke asked Jordan if she would want to hang out with him one day and show him what her life was like she was a little surprised, she wasn't used to really hot guys giving her attention and asking her out. That just didn't happen. She glanced over at him, and looked into his eyes for a moment with a long pause, as though she were thinking about her answer, and then she smiled. " Yeah, I'd like that. " She said and then held her hand out towards him. " I'll give you my number and you can text me sometime. " She said waiting for him to hand her his cell phone so she could type in her phone number.

On even a normal circumstance Luke would find Jordan attractive. She seems bright, she was great with kids and he loved the fact that she was into music. Though he had a bit of an agenda, he also hoped he could keep her safe from the insanity of the family that she was mixed up in. When she agreed he smiled and he handed over his phone for her to put her contact information in. He moved to stand up to walk down to the kids who were kicking around the soccer ball and he stood next to them and showed them how to do it to make it go further. They seemed excited about that and he moved to slip down beside Jordan again. " They really are great kids. " He laughed before taking his phone back and shooting her a text so she would have his number as well. " I don't want to keep you and I have class tonight but I'll see you around? " He asked with a raise of a brow before standing up and glancing behind him. " See you later beautiful. " He spoke with a smile before grabbing for his bags and heading towards his car.

Jordan smiled when Luke handed over his phone, and she went in and typed in her cell phone number with a little smiley face emoji next to her name. Afterwards, she stood up from the bleechers, taking a step down, and walking with him over towards where the children where playing at. She stood there watching him as he showed the kids a little trick with the ball. That seem to excite them all, she laughed softly and and then glanced towards Luke." Thanks, yeah, I'm constantly telling Mrs. Velmont all the time how awesome her kids are." She said and then reached a hand out to hand luke back his phone. " There you go. " She said and then glanced down at the three small children as they came over and slipped down beside her. " Yeah, for sure." She replied in a happy tone of voice, She was still so surprised that she was gonna be going out with this guy. It was so surreal almost. " Just text me. Or I could text you. " She said with a laugh as her phone buzzed when he texted her his number. She watched him as he started to leave arching a brow as he called her beautiful and just smiled shyly shaking her head. She waved her hand. " See ya ." She said and then watched as he left. She then turned her focus back to the children gathering them up and getting ready to leave as well. They had played their littler hearts out and now they were ready to go home and have a little snack.
