"I think that you just need to be firm with your mom. Tell her that you love her and you love that she's trying to find you someone that would be good for you and shares in her religious belief, but you just need time to breathe and do it on your own. And there are worse things that being un married, you have a successful career and you're very good at it." He shrugged and found himself thankful that his parents were extreme about football so that they didn't push religion as much as they pushed football for him.
He grinned from ear to ear when she admitted her reason for being here wasn't just professional. "No, definitely not awkward, I'll just have to try and not flirt with you when Isaac is around.
