Keely.
You know something? I understand that friends and family are a very important part of your life. They are an important part of mine as well. But I also know that when I have a job to do, and I'm working on someone else's dime, that I can't go running back home every single time something doesn't go right.
I let you leave a number of times. Sometimes you left without even talking to me before hand. And it pushed filming back a month which racked up a pretty decent bill that the budget does not cover. Which means it has to come out of my own pocket. Unfortunately, I don't really have that kind of money to spend and it annoys me that I have to now just to get this project done.
I really do hope that things are better for you now and I hope that you will be able to stick around to finish the job you signed a contract for. I wanted you for this job because of your skills as an actress/comedian and because everything I'd heard about what kind of a professional you were. As for everyone's attitude? I think the only thing that's going to fix how the members of the cast and crew see you, is for you to keep kicking your ass into overtime so that we can all get back to LA by the end of the month as planned.
