Bastien is from Courmas, France so lmao, local isn't him but they can explore together. And he's happy to be styled. Fashion is a French pastime (in his opinion).

I don't know if Bas would initially encourage him to stop smoking because, again, French, but if he realized it was something that Sam really wanted to do, he'd be a helpful bean. Definitely can cook for him though (another French pastime)! Bas loves to cook even if he's absolutely at risk of burning down his apartment on the regular if he falls asleep. lmaoooo

And then Sam will realize that Bastien is secretly mildly loaded and it'll be a whole thing.
