Thanks for your help the other day. I ended up not taking the apartment, though. Too many stairs and not a reliable enough elevator.

Man, I know the elevator problem. My place is a third floor walk-up. I figure it means I actually get exercise every day instead of sitting on my butt in the shop.

I hope you find somewhere good. Want me to keep my ears open?
