[Warded to the Inner Circle]

Considering the favourite round I hear against the Death Eaters is that we paint Muggleborns and Muggles with one brush, we look down on those who are not like us, etc, I am finding this newest trend of journal entries quite fascinating and rather hypocritical - at best. If you are truly espousing a world where everyone must be created and therefore treated equally, then that does mean everyone, not merely the people who agree with you, or applaud your self-important tirades. Thus, they undo their own arguments with their own brush, and I find myself unimpressed and yet, unsurprised.

Townsley - it seems her husband is the hitwizard Podmore. Perhaps that family ought to be moved up in our list as well.

Additionally, I tire of talk. We hit McKinnon and Robards through the Quidditch match. And as Bones has encouraged this impromptu round of 'here is my story of how I am so jealous of everyone who has not made my poor choices and yet has a better life than I do' I believe it is time to cease mere discussion and begin movement.

I want to know where that man goes, I want to know who his friends are, what his strengths are and what his weaknesses are, I want to know how many times he uses the toilet during the day.

Am I completely alone in feeling that it is time something be done?

It is nothing but an endless circle of narcissism, and I am quite tried of it. Bones is a pariah and an insufferable fool. We know he is friends with Podmore, and perhaps this Miss Townsley by association, and then there are his sister and brother. We might assign on of the outer-circle to watch him at the Ministry, while another might attempt to strip down or break-through the wards he has on his home; he lives in Dover, does he not?

The more people are allowed to speak thus without consequences, the more it will happen.

Despite his idiocy, I miss Barty's position. But yes, let us assign an outer-circle to watch him. Who are the strongest wards breakers? I do not particularly wish to alert him to the fact that he is under surveillance, but after such a statement he can hardly be foolish enough to believe he is not at this point.

Dover sounds accurate yes.

Personally that is not a reality I am interested in.

There is Augustus and Lucius. We might assign them both, again, as we did the mudblooded Potter. As for ward breakers, there is Regulus Black, I believe, but I am not certain of others. Perhaps Severus? None in my group, at the very least.

Yes. I will speak with Regulus directly and perhaps Isidore has a better feel for Severus.

Let's assign Augustus and Lucius. Do you wish for me to do so this time around? They can have the opportunity to amend for their mistakes with the mudblood.

And the matter of McKinnon & Robards. I am thinking perhaps Olivia might be capable of speaking with the vampires, but we ought to have another individual - perhaps with a bit more experience. One of us could go with her if that would be best.

Excellent. And please, do.

Olivia would be suited to such a project. I would be willing to go with her, as well, providing we are all in agreement.

I will do that directly then.

That works well. I would like to see how she handles an assignment with the halfbreeds. They need to understand their parts, and then we need to determine which of our Outer Circle may receive the honour of assisting during this particular attack. I am thinking perhaps some who have not made recent errors.

I will inform her of her assignment tomorrow.

Hm. Evan, perhaps? So well as Marcus, Giles or Dylan. They have not performed tasks of recent memory, outside of researching vigilantes.

Yes, and perhaps Severus if Isidore does not put him on the wards for the Bones.

Sounds well enough, indeed.

Though we may assign Regulus and/or Severus to tear down the Boneses wards, will it be perhaps prudent to deal with them ourselves? To ensure that they are taken care of, and properly?

You mean, the wards, or the Bones themselves? I do think the Bones themselves should be left to us and perhaps if there are a few of the Outer Circle who have done well, they could be rewarded thus.

And I believe Edgar should be he final one taken care of, regardless. If he does not believe his family has fallen so very far, perhaps he needs to view for himself how far they have fallen.

The Boneses themselves, yes. And I agree. He should be made to rue his decisions, and to feel the blood on his hands before he is taken care of himself.

I am agreement with that. We shall see how many we have need of and if we need others we can fill in as needed.

I have just caught up with the conversation between you and Caracatus and I am in agreement. Augustus and Lucius did a good job obtaining information regarding the Potter woman so I think setting them the task of discovering what they can about Bones would suffice.

Severus is quite skilled and I believe he will work well with Regulus in taking down the wards though I would suggest that one of the Inner Circle stay with them in case they encounter something that is a little beyond them. Once they have dealt with the wards, whichever one of us is with them can dismiss them and signal then join the rest of us.

Regarding dealing with Bones, I believe he should be the last to die. He should see what his actions have wrought.

I will ward to Lucius and Augustus today. I believe we shall wait to request duties of Regulus and Severus until closer to time, although in the meantime I shall speak with Regulus regarding his ward breaking - and perhaps you could do the same with Severus.
