Gavin Avery is dead. This leads me to wonder if the warning I gave earlier in the week was in some way unclear. Gavin Avery discussed his position with his sister, A blood traitor, and this decision has cost him his life, his family their heir, and may have endangered others among us.

You fight for a myriad of personal reasons, but we fight for the same goal. If you are compromised it is not only yourself, but each of your colleagues, your families, and the goals of our lord that are endangered. Discretion is essential. You do not allow yourself to be seen as a Death Eater. You do not discuss this organization with non-supporters and blood traitors. You do not discuss the details of missions outside of those privy to the information.

It is your responsibility that your identity remains unknown. If you fail in that task the Dark Lord and his Inner Circle must make decisions for the common good looking not at individual desires but at the future world we strive towards. Today's decision is one I expect us to never have to make again, but do not be deceived into thinking we will not do so if it should become necessary.

Is this clear?

Lest you should think reading this is enough, it is not: I expect an answer from every one of you that bears his mark. If you do not respond expect that I will be talking to you in person.

Barty, thank you for alerting us to this situation.

The three of you should have tight stories for the entirety of today. This goes doubly so for Persephone and Barty as the two of you have the most opportunity to be questioned. Dylan, I am guessing that no one saw you at the Corners, but to be safe, ensure you have a story.

I can't be sure. That would require her memories.

There's been no inquiry into my whereabouts on the evening of, and no contact from the Prewetts or the woman with them. While they are obviously not dead, they would have required medical treatment following our encounter. Now that I am well I would like to solve this problem. ~~considering I am the damned cause of it~~.

Then you are lucky. Prepare an alibi should that change and in the future keep your masks on.

I would like for you to solve this problem. Beginning with what the Prewetts and that woman were doing in the library. I do not recall the library having a private security task force. The fact that you have not received any questions makes me wonder if they were there less than legally.

	Interesting that Bellatrix never once noted that the blood traitors were the ones to start the fire. Clearly they could not be interested in protection of the library then. Either that, or the Library should fire them. Let me know what you discover. The Prewett boys have family, do they not? If we cannot get to them, perhaps we should look into smoking them out. [Mr. Nott]: A note. I was able to present myself several times within the hour - polyjuicing myself back and forth as needed. ~~It made me quite sick, truth be told~~. I was seen at least three times bringing coffee about to the floor; as an intern, that's not unusual. Still, I was not at my desk the time in between the initial order for more information and the clean-up order. With any luck, enough people saw me that it won't be a problem.

They had people in place at the library waiting for us. We are not fighting a war on two fronts. We must determine who and what continues in the attempt to stymie our efforts.
