I have every confidence, and while I know that may not ease your own fears, know that I do believe in you and there is not a young man in our circle that I would feel uncomfortable presenting you to.
You had not seemed overly enthused, and for the moment at least I will not push it. If you change your mind, you should let me know, Laelia, for the match would be an excellent one for our family, and frankly, it would not be a bad one for theirs either.
Regulus, Anselm, and Evan also come to mind, although all of them are a bit younger and perhaps do not have the maturity that you would wish exhibited.
