Prissy? Is that how you see her? She's a Lestrange -- charming, but best at a distance. I doubt she's engaged in anything close to that. I've never even heard rumor of her with anyone.
Mother and Aunt Bella have been talking about it. I assume so, I don't think we snub the royal family right now and Evan doesn't seem exactly forgiving.
