Oh, right, yes.

My father has been hounding me about 'solidifying House Nott' by finding a lady to marry. I am not interested in the endeavor, however he is going to keep prodding me and poking into my work until I appease him. No doubt, as new head of House Parkinson you may be under similar pressure. I thought that we may 'kill two birds with one stone' as they say, and engage in a false relationship to dissuade our families from pushing us into thing we do not wish to do.

Of course you can say no. That would be a more than reasonable, and honestly, expected response. I had only thought it would be worth discussion.
