Quidditch....? I suppose we do also own a stretch of land in Devonshire that could be used for such things. But I've already promised the woodland to the unicorns. They would be so disappointed if I took it away from them...

Seriously though, you can "borrow" that land in Devon if you wanted to turn it into something. As long as it's not fucking boring. It's just sitting there doing nothing right now.
