Just over a week for the party! It'll be brilliant, I just know it!

I've found the perfect dress, as well, surprising really given the limited time and selection, but it'll look stunning!

Just a shame there's end-of-term exams, but that should all be over soon enough!

I want to know how plain, boring girls have a date and no one's actually asked me! Look at me! What is wrong with the boys at Hogwarts?!

That, and if you chose not to go, everyone would make assumptions on your ability to get a date. Not that I have one, but you know what I mean.

Yes! And we can be smug about it, because apparently, according to one of the younger years, going alone to such things is the cool thing to do anyway. We can say we're au fait with the culture, darling, and wipe the smiles off some of those silly girls' faces!
