I have an idea - we could bring it up in plenty of time, so that the other houses don't complain about us taking everything, and split everything between all the houses that want to use them. Once we have what we want, we can always conjure a few more bits and pieces until we have the common room perfect. You can help with taking charge of that, if you like?
