Yeah. [He likes being able to touch you, in case it's not noticeable by the way he can't stop doing so.]

Kinda makes me want to watch a movie. And then not watch it. [Just make out like idiots.]

It's more fun that way. [Gets a hand into his hair to play with it, then ends up lifting the other to make a sort of very loose braid, just to touch it more.]

[It involves a whole lot of his hands touching your hair, so have fun with that. He can't tie them up properly but they'll hold for a bit.]
