I'm a bastard but at least I admit it

I can't remember the last time I had a pumpkin pie for myself - without having to share it with anyone else. Hell, I can't remember the last time I actually had a decent pumpkin pie. Period. A year? Two years? Three? I've lost track of time, sadly. I remember that I used to love them though. I could eat a whole one by myself in a night if I was allowed (and even when I wasn't allowed, I would).

So imagine my surprise when I came home to find a homemade and delicious pumpkin pie waiting for me on my doorstep.

Wonder who could have possibly known about my love for pumpkin pies.
