With both Rogue and Pyro gone, I've come to the conclusion that Xavier's just isn't the same as it was before. I've even offered beer to Maddy. To Madison! Don't get me wrong, he's a great guy and all that. Fun to tease. Gets my hockey jokes. But now that classes are kicked back in again and all the holidays are over with, I'm realizing how weird it feels around here.

It's the same school and I'm teaching the same curriculum and doing the same Tax Season prep that I always do, but it's not the same. And I can't go down the hall and prank John between classes or on my off hour, either, and that really bums me out. Maybe, I don't know. Maybe I'll see if X-Force needs a guy like me for a while. Staying around here is seriously harshing me mellow.
