Another month gone and tomorrow starts anew. I think I will skip the festivities tonight and relax quietly at home. With all the parties, I've had my fill. But everyone else, enjoy.

Six against two. I don't feel bad for what I did. Their lives were worthless. Only dirty blood was spilled and washed away.

Maybe it was guilt that brought me to his grave or maybe I finally have something in common with my wife that made go to that garden where I hid his body. Whatever it was, sitting there in the dark on the bones of a man that we made go missing gave me some reflection...

I could see that. You looked like you were having fun at The Rose.
The paper rat was Rabastan's idea, but you didn't hear that from me. Lady Travers makes it too easy. I think we had a little too much to drink, but it was well worth it for the entertainment.

I did actaually. It all got to be too much in the end though. You know what they say about having too much of a good thing...

They didn't exactly say, but I wouldn't have listened to them anyway. It was Halloween. The whole point is to be scared. In this situation it happened to be Lady Travers and everyone got a good laugh from it. ~~and helped plan our escape~~

Regarding the incident... Do you ever find yourself thinking about it/him? Have you ever gone back to where I ~~hid~~ buried him?

I dressed as a pirate. It was only right. Besides, I was happy. I know you haven't seen me like that in awhile so it seemed strange.

Do you ever wonder why that happened?

I am not a damn idiot, Evaelyn. Of course I don't go often and when I do, it's at night when no one can see. But yes, I find solace in visiting the grave of some failure at life that didn't deserve to live in the first place.

Because you're an arsehole and I'm a drunk. It's pretty straightforward, no wondering necessary.

He acted, and I reacted. He made poor choices and paid the price. I'm not sure if that means he deserved to die, but I can't say I feel too badly about it. Maybe I should. Whatever, I don't want to talk about it anymore tonight. Nor do I want to visit his grave.

You don't feel the slightest bit sorry for taking someone's life so easily like that? Acting in defense or not, you destroyed someone. Maybe you're afraid of a side of you that you didn't know existed. It might be a good idea for you to visit him.
