It is their defining characteristic. Secondary characteristics have been purported to include ruffling the feathers of any unlucky enough to encounter them and continuous talking.

Yup. That'd definitely be hard to miss. Unless there's a whole flock of them. Then it'd be figuring out which one you're looking for.

The problem is that most people seem to completely miss the point and just add fuel to their fire. They're an epidemic of massive proportions. Someone really must think of the children.
