I can't pretend that this isn't happening anymore. I need to talk to Charles I guess but it just seems like if I do that then I have to accept that I'm going to have to marry a boy I barely know. Not that Charles seems like a bad guy from what I've seen but ~~he's not Josh~~ I don't know if I'm ready for this.

	No one should pay for that. My mum's parents never got married and they're happier for it. But maybe I just don't understand Pureblood stuff. I don't think it counts as cheating when you're in a relationship without consent. But I would probably feel weird in the same situation too. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	I don't know if it's widespread pureblood stuff or clannish pureblood stuff. The whole thing feels weird. I don't know how to turn off my regular liking of boys when I don't have feelings for Charles, at least I don't yet. My parents never married, either, but I have other family members whose marriages have been arranged. There are a lot of different ways to have happy relationships.

I agree with Annie -- it could be weird, but I don't think it'd count as cheating, either. I mean, it's something you and Charles could probably talk about together, agreeing on boundaries for now. I wouldn't write off the possibility of the two of you both exploring relationships and feelings with other people, as long as you're both on the same page about it.
