I'm gonna try. I'm a little worried I won't have enough experience to land the job. I hate how every position requires a certain amount of hands on work but you can't ever get hands on work because nobody wants to hire you so that you can get it.

If there's one thing I've learned about you, Royce, it's that you can accomplish anything if you want to. I have faith in you. And if, for some blatantly stupid reason, you don't get the job. You'll still get there. Just .. find a way to show them that you're the best choice.
