Guess who's back!?!?! And Christ Almighty is it cold outside or what? I was not at all prepared for this. And I am also still running on Tokyo time so this feels like mid-morning to me even though I'm supposed to be getting ready for bed in a couple of hours. Ugh. Turning my days and nights around to suit this time zone is going to be a real bitch!

Anyways, I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas and a wonderful New Year's Eve. I know I sure did. People in Tokyo know how to party. Even though it was a working vacation (as in I was modeling for my family's new line which I know I said I would never do but it really does look good for my portfolio), I had a great time. I may have even agreed to marry an Asian contortionist, but I'm not entirely sure about that. Anyway, it was great, but I missed Zowieeveryone and I am in serious need of catching up on some gossip since I've not gotten to actually speak to basically anyone the whole time I was gone!

And I also need to just bite the bullet and tell Harley Quinn who Catwoman really is but I think I'm still a bit too nervous to do that just yet.

I'm not sure how to reply to that. In way, maybe you're right but then how does one change that? I cannot help who I am attracted to.

That's why I ended things with Zowie. I told her it was because there was someone else I was interested in, and there is, sort of, I guess. I mean it's someone that I used to know and hadn't seen again until recently and I'm not sure that we even have anything in common although she was my first girl crush and I know she's into girls. But really the decision had nothing to do with that. I just knew that eventually, she'd have to decide between Max and myself, and despite how much she adores me, I already knew she wouldn't pick me.

It was better to end things on my terms than to just wait around for that to happen.

Again, it's sad and true. I don't know. Maybe that's my "fatal flaw." I want things to be true and happy. I loved James. I just wanted to be loved back but it wasn't enough. For either of us. I don't know.

Is it cheesy to want to start the New Year on a happier note?

No. Why do you think I went to Japan? I needed a little space. I still need a little space, honestly, but we're still suitemates. At least for right now.

Yeah, but at least you don't live with him. And you aren't still supposed to be best friends and be happy for her exciting news when really you aren't all that happy at all.

You need some photos. I know there are plenty of people around here who take them. Get me a few, have them polished up, and I will see if I can pull some strings.

Maybe then you can actually go some place fun for Spring Break.
