Plot
I think I'm going to handle this a little differently from the way I did Mandy's and Theo's; Below are some specific character lines and then general/open ones. Hoping it makes sense as I should already be asleep.
Family: I think for the most part it was really only the girls that had issues with Fleur, so I'm hoping she got along relatively well with most of the men.
- Bill - Loves him dearly, still like to pre-thread if possible?
- Gabrielle - As she's so young, I'm not sure we'll have her played, but just in case, Fleur obviously loves her sister, and as she is so much younger, does her best to protect her. Could possibly ask her parents if she can stay for a few weeks over the summer with her and Bill.
- Charlie - I think we decided they'd be friendly? He and Bill are close, right? So they should see each other the most?
- Percy - I don't think Fleur would have those issues with Percy that everyone else had, just because she wasn't there. I'm not sure when they met? but she will be displeased that he missed the wedding :P
- George - Obviously Fleur got to see Fred/George quite a bit over the summer in 96, though I'm not sure how much thereafter, if they got their own place by the shop? Still there were holidays, and hopefully Gorge wasn't too bothered by her.
- Ron - I think Fleur really finds him adorable, and will likely have gotten to know him much better the past few months as he stayed with them. She already see him as a little brother, and would have been incredibly grateful if she knew how much he stuck up for her.
- Ginny - Fleur knows, I think, to a certain extent that Ginny doesn't like her, and she may possibly try and bridge that gap, which could be fun to see her try, all whilst annoying the heck out of Ginny in the process.
- Hermione - I know Hermione definitely has issues with Fleur, though they seemed to have improved considerably after her stay at Shell Cottage. Fleur would likely still treat her with respect especially after they fought side by side at Hogwarts
- Harry - Obviously Fleur is still incredibly grateful to him for saving her sister, and will be even more so following Voldemort's defeat. She definitely holds him in very high regard.
Triwizarding Acquaintances:
- I'd like possibly one or two people that Fleur kind of got to know whilst staying at Hogwarts. Roger obviously (when we get one) as they dated, then possibly one or two older former Ravenclaws as Beauxbatons seemed to sit mostly with them. Possibly other houses, though that may take a bit more effort.
Gringotts:
- Anyone working at Gringotts between 1995 and 1997 would likely have run across Fleur as she worked as a clerk. This could include people who regularly visit the bank as well (maybe shop workers that come in to bring the weekly earnings?)
Order:
- Fleur was involved with the Order, I want to say as of about the summer of 1996 around the time they got engaged. She won't have been terribly active at the beginning, but will likely have made friend, and more likely enemies, over the course of those two years or so.
- Possibly people she hexed or fought against/with during the Battle of Hogwarts.
Shell Cottage:
- Dean and Luna for certain, other guests? - we could pre-thread something about them coming to stay? They'd have gotten to know each other pretty well over the last few months and as guests, Fleur would have tried to make them feel comfortable.
