Brief History: http://hh.wikia.com/wiki/Robert_Hogan Upon the liberation of Stalag 13 by the Allied forces, Hogan and his men were airlifted back to London where they were given a heroes welcome. For their part, Colonel Robert Hogan and his men were decorated by the Allied Forces and given leave to return home. Robert, a member of the USAAF - returned home to Milwaukee, staying for a time with his sister and her two sons. Unfortunately for Colonel Robert Hogan something went horribly wrong on a trip to visit his mother in Cleveland. Instead of finding himself in his destination, he somehow had been taken to Cardiff, Wales... and it was no longer 1946. Instead the colonel - expecting a promotion to Brigadier General - found himself in 2011. Having his suitcase with him (medals inside), and wearing his bomber jacket, the man has carved a place for himself in Wales - slowly catching up on what he's missed in the sixty-two years he somehow managed to skip... It is something he doesn't understand and he has been unable to find reason for it. He is the owner and proprietor of The Allies Lounge - a 1940s themed club in town - his attempt at keeping a little bit of home with him - as well as a member of Torchwood. He keeps his medals in a case in his office (except a few which he has at home). He collects World War II firearms and once a year visits Germany - simply to visit the grave of one Colonel Wilhelm Klink - although an enemy, an extreme enemy it is something he needs to do. Klink is the only person from his past he has been able to locate - dead or alive.
