There will be wards to the Inner Circle. You will now be included in them. I would suggest simply stating you input when you have something to add -- what you have been doing as an Outer Circle member, Lucius. You have been doing well, or you would not have been given this opportunity.

At some point the Dark Lord may wish an audience with you specifically -- but he will let you know at that time.
