It is worth while to note that whether or not you agree with the particular action being taken, the Ministry is aware of problems with werewolves and is seeking a solution.

Although considering the placement within the Prophet, they were either hoping the average reader would not notice the article, or the suggestion of action is all the further the action will go. I trust that if the legislation does come to floor that the Wizengamot will educate themselves on the details and make the best decision for the entirety of the Wizarding World.

[Warded Private]

I grow impatient with this Gryffindor nonsense. It has gone on long enough, and our lord will begin to grow impatient as well, if he has not already begun to do so. I think I will return to the library tomorrow. I feel as if I should not work on my projects until we have finished this assignment for the Dark Lord, but I also know that there are times I need to intellectually step back from the problem to solve it.

It is perhaps a sad day when a review of the literature in the Journal of the Society of Wizarding Bloodlines is the definition of stepping back from the problem, but it will allow me to return to this problem refreshed in the afternoon or evening. This must be completed soon.

And I must see Lucia tonight. It is the right time of month.

Merlin help me, if I do not have a son by this time next year something will have to be done.

[Warded to Sarah Cornfoot]
Mrs Cornfoot, I have been doing some thinking since our conversation earlier this week. I am wondering if you might speak to some of your friends with young children and discover if a primary school as we discussed would be of interest to them. The more I think on our conversation the more I am determined that something should be done to remedy this deficiency and I would like to see how much parental support we would have before I approach the Ministry. Would you be willing to assist me in determining this?

Education Outreach does seem to be an excellent place to begin. With the entire group dedicated to the education of wizarding children, I would think there would be a lot of support for the idea there. From there I would think we could easily find other parents who would be willing to share their experiences with the Ministry. I know of at least one off the top of my head who sent her son to a Muggle primary school and pulled him out three weeks later because it was working out so badly. There are so many parents with situations that would make a magical primary school a wonderful solution, and I can only think they would want to aid in the process of creating one.

I certainly think you're right that the Minister is more likely to be receptive to the idea if there are already donors lined up. The trouble with any government endeavor is always funding.

The next meeting of Education Outreach is on 15 October at 7 p.m. Do you think we could be prepared enough to speak to the group by then to request a place on the agenda, or should we wait until the November meeting?

I think we can be prepared enough by 15 October. I shall speak to my wife as I am certain she would be happy to help with the preparations for this as well. Perhaps we should meet so that we can go over the stories the individuals you have spoken with might share and be best prepared?

If it is possible to meet, then I shall request a place on the agenda.
