[Warded Private]

I confess that the werewolf attacks unsettle me. It is no doubt precisely the murder of werewolves that have created this situation, and yet, if Greyback is out there moving, he is perhaps easier to track down and that cannot be a bad thing.

Have we determined any further vigilantes? I would very much like to draw them out a bit, potentially determine a few others along the way. But I'm a bit uncertain how we should go about doing this. Thoughts?

[Warded to Lucia]
Put the werewolf nonsense out of your mind for the time being, ma cherie. It is an emotional reaction that is not based in the reality of the fact that there is no place for a halfbreed child at a school for wizarding children.

Also, I do not know that I have mentioned it, but I am very proud of the work you have done on the committee. I believe that the school is coming along very nicely and you have done much of the work for that.

Additionally, I spoke some more with Laelia and I fear she is uneasy about the prospect of marriage. Has she broached the subject with you at all?

Last night's events are most certainly a tragedy and my sincerest sympathies are with those who are involved one way or another. I hope that support will be given to the families of the victims so that circumstances like those surrounding the Hale family may be avoided. I can only begin to imagine, and as a father it is certainly not something I would ever wish to endure.

I will try, of course, but how can anyone suggest we put our children in school with werewolves? Hogwarts doesn't even allow them, for goodness sakes. Oh, I know you listened to me complain about it for ages, beau, but it's just so ridiculous.

And I have been thinking about it. However the school turns out, I'm not sure I wish to send Prisca there. Tutors seem to be working out quite well, and at first... well, it may take some time to get the school to an acceptable level. There is so much working against traditional values right now. What do you think?

Thank you, Patrice. I have been working very hard. There has been some discussion of the board of directors. Is there anyone outside of yourself you would like me to nominate?

No, she hasn't discussed it with me at all. But really, she should just trust you. I am sure you will make the right choice for her. There is no cause for her to be uneasy.

It is an illogical thought to assume that any school would do so, however, I think it must be addressed carefully - particularly considering some of the whispers of criticism that have already been spoken. I would prefer to have only good things in the press. It occurs to me that perhaps in a few days or so, we could make a public offer to speak with the Ministry in regards to the education of any young children turned. Perhaps offer to connect them with tutors, etc. There will never be any chance of them attending the school but I will wager that at this point the parents will have no interest, and by the time that they do have, it can be shoved into a committee somewhere within the Ministry, while still gaining us the good publicity for being so generous to those of lesser means and blood. And that is the sort of thing that can only encourage the support of the school.

I think it will depend somewhat upon the final curriculum determined. If it is good, perhaps we ought to - simply to encourage enrolment. But, as I said, it will depend upon the tutors and curriculum when it is finalized. I do not wish her opportunities to be endangered because of it.

Let me think upon the answer of board of directors. There needs to be a representation, while still providing a board that will be interested in the proper education of students.

I will try, certainly, but I worry sometimes that I do not know her well enough and that her options are too limited. I thought that if you had the opportunity at Christmas perhaps you could speak to her a bit about marriage - you are an excellent wife, and perhaps you could ease some of her fears a bit? Unless that is, you have completely despised being married to me(!) and then I suppose I should have mother speak to her.
