Don't worry, I'm sure you're going to make a good minion. A tall one. The official 'get-things-from-shelves' guy.

Its a job for life, lets face it. I'm not going to grow any taller.

What if I just got you a nice ladder as part of my minionly duties, and then went home?

Do you often carry around ladders with you?

No, but it couldn't cost very much.

I am quite perfectly capable of purchasing my own ladder, thank you very much.

My apologies for insinuating that I wasn't.

Well then there's no need to have a minion.

Merlins beard, are you always this infuriating?!

Private to Orsino

I was jesting. And for the record, the word minion is just another name for friend.

Harumph!

I think it depends on who you ask.

Private to Penny

I sort I imagined you might have been, but it doesn't hurt to play along a bit and see who cracks first.

Oh. Well that's kind.

Well I can give you a reference: Orsino Thruston ; the most annoying man I've ever met.

Private to Orsino

'Play along a bit'? Those leather trousers have restricted all the Hufflepuffness in you.

Sound like a 'Claw.

But...fine.

Private to Penny

Apparently I am both a closet Gryffindor and a closet Ravenclaw, now. That hat didn't know what it was doing.

Far be it for me to judge the mental capacity of an enchanted piece of millinery.

I'm just saying. Although, if our theory about the leather trousers is correct not that I even wear leather trousers, except maybe one or two concerts, perhaps they, like the hat, have magical properties. Not to decide which house best suits your nature, but to actually change your very nature.

Scary.

Its only logical that they do ; I mean think of all that tight fabric. Its creating pressure and its got to go somewhere, right?

Its the same with corsets ; if you wear them too often your organs actually move! Who knows what they'll discover in twenty years ; maybe repeated wearing of leather will cause body parts just to wander round your system. An upper thigh hovering near your armpit or even worse!

It doesn't bear thinking about

I think the student choses the House, not the Hat. And maybe human personality is defined by the characteristics of the house. Did you ever strive to be nicer or more encompassing simply because of the colours on your scarf.

That is really only instilling disturbing thoughts, mostly involving my own body becoming severely deformed.

And I don't think so. I wasn't really very friendly. Maybe not unfriendly, but I didn't go out of my way to talk to anyone.

You brought the subject up with your talk of leather trousers!

But yes, let's change the subject from wandering body parts.

If you weren't unfriendly, but overly friendly, how would you react if we were to bump into each other?

In person? I don't know. I can almost guarantee I would not be as talkative as I am here. Are you insinuating something? But you're only one person, and you seem nice if a bit abrasive forward so it wouldn't be so bad.

Well then, I look forward to bumping into you at somepoint in the future. I doubt it will be at work though ; we don't get many drummers coming in needing work done on their wards.

And thankyou for the compliment. You also seem shy and slightly strange nice.

It's good that we have each established the other's niceness.

I find it one of those important thing to know. Like ice cream flavours ; banana or mint choc chip.

Oh and never brown or red sauce. Alays mixed or salad cream on chips.

Oh. Erm. Mint chocolate chip.

And, I didn't know it at the time, but my parrot. I was maybe ten or so then. But now he's been dumped on me and he's wretched.

Your turn.

Good choice!

You have a parrot? How well trained is he? Does he repeat everything you say/do?

Because I can see how that could be ..complicated. At least he can keep you company and if he's good at repeating words, then he could take the acapella harmonies of songs!

The worst present I ever recieved was ; well, there's two. I recieved a nose hair trimmer once and the other was a selection of mini butters.

To this day, I still don't understand why there is the need for so many packs of butter.

He's an African Gray. And I suppose he's well trained in that he doesn't bite and can do some tricks. But as for repeating everything I say, it's more that he picked up a lot of his colorful vocabulary from my dad, which means he's actually just obscene half the time. At least he's smart.

Why would somebody think you need a nose hair trimmer?

You have very strange interesting colorful thoughts.
