Sir, if I may be so bold - I would like to request a few days off. My father passed away this afternoon, and my mother needs me with her. Of course, I will work as many hours as the DMLE wishes me to in order to make up for this.

I just feel exhausted. And everyone is telling me I have to make announcements, and arrange shit. But up until Theo reminded me, I even forgot I had a career to worry about.

I may need help, I don't know. I can't think much past the next hour.

It's been much too long since I've seen her. Not since -- I'll bring something by for her as well.

Just -- try not to go too hard. Easier said than done, I know. There's time for announcements. Have a secretary release the details as you'd like. You don't have to do it all by yourself. You're going to have enough responsibilities and it won't let up any time soon.

Try -- not to drink anything. Trust me on this one, okay?
