So, I have a boat. Blaise has a boat. Malfoy, I'm pretty sure you have a boat. If not, why not?

Anyway, who's up for a pirate party? We can sail to France, find ourselves some precious booty -- aka wine -- gather some salty wenches and then have a party on our boats as we sail home. Make the most of the sunshine before we get eleven and a half months of rain, right?

I'm making you all pirate hats as we speak. Theo, you can be the parrot.

So, I've been going through the list of real estate that House Parkinson owns. Turns out we own forty acres of woodland near Nottingham. Not entirely sure how that came about, but there we are.

Anyway...I had an idea about what to do with it, and I wanted to run it by you. Now, I'm on my seventh glass of rum (BECAUSE I'M A BLOODY PIRATE, OK?), so yeah, this may just be the drink talking. But whatever. I think it's the best idea I've ever had. In my whole life.

Two words. Unicorn. Sanctuary.

Yes? YES. You know it's brilliant.

Oi, if you're serious about the unicorn thing, Pans, why not give it a go, yeah? You have the space and the money, just don't piss it all away on these things. And if you need any help, you know I'm there. Just ask... And maybe follow it up with an offer I won't be able to say no to. We can go look at the place and check out what you need and what you'll have to do. Make a weekend of it. Just you and me. I can take you out on a proper date, I can. See Nottingham during the day, if there's anything to really see. Then take you out to dinner later, yeah?

I don't really need a pitch, no. But I wouldn't mind "borrowing" the air space in Devon if you're willing to let me. Wouldn't mind getting the practise in on my days off and in the off season. I'll pay ya for it, I will. A couple of tickets to a match or a unicorn to add to your sanctuary... The night of your life with a Quidditch star.

Nottingham is all right, I think? Can't remember. Robin Hood and all that. Rains a lot, but then you're used to that. And even if I'm not serious about the unicorn thing, I think we should go anyway. I want to experience this so-called "proper date". I'm considering this a verbal contract -- you can't get out of it now.

And there's no need to pay me, you dork. Although, I wouldn't say no to either of those things. It's yours for as long as you want it. I'll take you there sometime before operation Pirate Party.

I've only been there once, I have. Not a bad place. There are a couple of places I know of that I think you'll like, yeah. Underground they got a city of caves and nothing goes better with caves than rain. So get used to it. And I'll take ya to Nottingham Castle. You can be the lonely Queen and I'll be Robin Hood. Show you around for the weekend and even work on your unicorn sanctuary idea.

I think I'm all right with being stuck in a verbal contract with you. It'll be nice to actually take you out, yeah. I hate that we can't do this at home, y'know?

That'd be great, it would. I'll take you flying. It'll be fun.
