You're right, dark magic isn't exclusively Death Eater. There are many breeds of douchebag out there, after all. However, no smoke without fire blah blah blah. Something else must tie them in somehow.

And 'why would they return?' Have you SEEN the 'state' of the country? The Ministry is actively encouraging BLOOD TRAITORISM. SHOCK HORROR. GASP. Yeah, I know 'traitorism' isn't a word. But this is hardly the wholesome pureblooded dystopia Lord Dickbox had planned for us all. Perhaps someone wants to fix that? And/or get revenge.

Alright, if that's true -- a lot people, old allies, pureblood families...they've either been forced to change or at least publicly shut up about it. There's no telling who they're targeting or may target.

I mean, yes, sure, I would expect some upset. But if they're moving from grumbling to something else...this could be bad. Really bad.
