Who: Riley and Tao
What: an unexpected visit
Where: Tao's office

Tao had not gotten a lot of sleep. Thankfully, he did not need a lot. He'd cleaned meticulously of course, then sat on the phone all night. His source did not like to have any suspicion on them that they even liked vampires let alone were indebted to one. So a late night phone call was pushing things. Unfortunately, he did not have a lot of time to placate her. After explaining the problem, and promising this was a final favor she had relented and headed out to the church in the morning. He had laid in bed, no not a coffin, and stared at the ceiling. Usually a good couple of hours in the room, even if it didn't last as long as he would like, were relaxing. He'd instead found he let his guard down more then he anticipated and the shifter had garnered more respect then he had previously expected to give. Worse yet, he wasn't all that sure the rule of keeping things in the room would stick, as they had finished out negotiations inside.

That was upsetting as well. He'd had no problem taking out tribute. He had purposefully given the new leader the information to see how he would deal with it. Seeing if he would reach for that small bit of power, or even more. It would be telling on his position as leader and give Tao some weak points to use. Still, he had planned on enjoying the negotiations. There was nothing like riling up a shifter. Even the idiot power hungry ones.

Deciding sleep wasn't coming he'd headed into work, checking over inventories, new information and new hires. The club was doing well, they had a steady stream of regulars as well as those coming for the thrill of seeing a vampire. He drew up the new treaty and even slipped in a clause regarding collars to see if it would be noticed. The phone call from his plant came early and she had information. Not that it was good, she promised to stay on it. He explained it wasn't necessary, but she felt obligated. If only to spare the pack and vampires more problems.

He accepted a glass of blood to drink, from a blood bank few knew he owned and sat back to rest. Riley should be calling soon so he could pass on the information. The phone call, Tao mused, would be short and to the point. The shifter did not seem to enjoy talking to him much. The thought made his mouth twitch and he almost chuckled to himself.

He gave himself a moment before following him down the hall. He gave a small nod when they reached the door and stepped silently into the room, closing the door behind. Toeing off his shoes he looked to the tub set into the floor on the other side of the room. With a shrug he undid the buttons of his shirt. "On longer excursions it is helpful. To rinse away the blood, tohelp in healing. There is of course play as well." With q smile he tossed his shirt aside. "Were you expecting something kore like a rose scented bubble bath?"

"Of course not." Riley replied with a soft snort, though his tone was somewhat confused as his attention was focused on Tao's hands as they unbuttoned his shirt. He licked his upper lip and swallowed once the shirt had been removed, and his eyes flicked up to Tao's once again. "I just thought that it would be interesting." He said faintly. "Since you're so cold, and i'm so hot, but the water could be whatever temperature you wanted.."

	Riley kissed the vampire back, slow and strong, until Tao began to press the kisses elsewhere - and then there were the teeth. He reached out a hand and pressed it to Tao's stomach. The vampire's skin was immediately cool to the touch. "Then show me." Riley replied, tilting his head away from Tao to give him more access to his jaw. "Let's play." It was the heat that he missed the most, when he allowed himself to. He could do without the sun, and had learned to let go of family or any idea of family, but the loss of heat, constant cold, was the most oppressive. "Hot water then, it will last longer." He ran his tongue along the line of Riley's neck then pulled back and looked him over. "Sit on the edge of the bed while I run the water. I want to watch you touch yourself while I ready it."

The coldness in Tao's skin, in his voice, it reminded Riley of the very, very deepest of the deep woods, that chill, still darkness where he could go and just let himself think. Though, honestly, he wasn't thinking comfortable thoughts in this moment. Just in the heat of the moment, he wanted Tao, and badly. That night they had spent together had stirred up some new restless part of him, and he knew it wouldn't be satisfied by anything but this. "Yes, master." He murmured, feeling a distinct sense of loss once Tao's lips were off of him. Riley let his hand drift down Tao's torso, trailing his palm, finger, and then fingertips until, finally, there was no physical contact between them.

Riley took one step back, and then another and another until he had reached the bed and his calves were bumping into the mattress, unwilling or unable to keep his eyes off of the vampire. He sat with his legs spread, and slipped a hand down his front, wrapping his fingers around his length. All he had to do was look at the restraints at the foot of the bed and his body began to ache in response. It wouldn't be hard to touch himself for Tao, he was almost aching for it already.

Tao didn't move until Riley was seated. His eyes drifting down to watch him. He'd never get tired of watching him. There was no hesitation in his movements. He knew his layout well enough to move to the bath without having to pull his eyes away. He looked away only for a moment to set the water on and add a few things. Herbs mostly used to soothe sore muscles, hopefully necessary later. Sitting on the edge of the bath he kept a hand on the edge to realize when water hit near the top. "Lean back."

The East Pack's settlement did have running water, but only for crops and for drinking. For bathing they had the river and so Riley could say easily that he had never been in a tub like that. Maybe he'd been washed in a bucket or a laundry basket when he was very, very young, but mostly it was cleaning in rivers. His nose twitched at the scent of strange things in the air, he had a very sensitive sense of smell, and so every new thing that Tao added to the water was another layer for him to experience. At the vampire's command, Riley rolled back on the bed, propping himself up on one elbow, the other hand preoccupied with stroking down and up his already half-hard cock.

As much as he enjoyed watching, he wanted to feel him, taste him. The moment he felt the water hit the tips of his fingers he raised his hand to turn off the flow and stood, undoing his own belt and stepping out of his pants. "Leather, in water can be unpleasant. So we will forgo the strap for now." Walking over to the bed he knealt between his legs. "Hands above your head." He ordered before bracing Riley's thighs with his hands and ducking his head to lick along his balls.

Riley's hips twitched instinctively upwards on the bed as he felt the touch of Tao's tongue on him. He quickly let his hand fall away from his cock when instructed and stretched his arms up above his head, crossing them at his wrists. His toes curled into the sheets and he stared up at the ceiling. His heart was beating faster and faster and he felt even more warm, and so Tao's cool touch was a shock to his senses that caused his skin to shiver. Riley's lips parted and he let out a rumbling groan that seemed to start with the twist in his stomach as Tao's lips closed over him. His eyes squeezed shut and he let out a soft whimper at the vampire's words. He hated that kind of game, he wanted to say, he just wanted to come and come and come until he couldn't feel his body anymore. But then, this was Tao's room. He winced and cracked one eye open. "I understand, master."

Tao's mouth twitched and he stood offering a hand. "Give and take, little wolf. Make it worth it, and I'll do the same." He planned this time, to take his time the first time. He didn't want to pull the pleasure from him, but slowly coax it out and keep it going, not allowing him to come down. At least for a good long time. "Ready for the bath then?" He hoped it wasn't too hot, too much of a shock and he might have a hard time adjusting, relaxing, and he wanted him to be pliant.

Riley let out a sigh and took the offered hand, pulling himself into a sitting and then standing position in one swift, fluid motion. He took just a moment to look Tao up and down once and then released his hand and took a few long strides until he was standing beside the tub. He looked down, his expression curious, at the large, luxurious bath. He had never seen anything like it. He let out a soft, animal-like whine from between his teeth and then dipped the toes of his right foot into the water. Hot! Like he hadn't ever felt before! His eyes widened a little as he sunk his foot in deeper and he looked over his shoulder at Tao, his expression incredulous. He was too busy feeling a sense of wonderment to feel embarrassed.

He withdrew his foot and then knelt down at the edge of the bath, taking a long, tentative sniff of the water. He let out yet another soft whine and then slipped inside of the tub until the water was up to his waist. He tilted his head to look up at Tao for a brief moment, and then he let out a barking laugh and ducked under the surface of the water with a tremendous splash.

Tao followed slowly, watching as he seemed to be trying to decide if there was anything wrong with the water. His head tilted to the side as he watched, it was almost like watching a child discover a new toy. Figuring out if it was safe, if they could touch it, tentative, then suddenly playing. He could name the herbs, if the smell was too much for him but it shouldn't have been too fragrant. His own nose was sensitive and contrary to popular opinion, he wasn't interested in smelling like a garden.

Catching his eyes he waited to see if he would ask or back off, instead he, laughed? Then was gone under the water. A surprised laugh bubbled up and he shook his head moving to the edge of the tub and sitting down, letting his legs dangle in the water, letting the heat rise through him.

Riley let out his breath under the water and then pushed his head above the surface so that he could watch the bubbles rise along with him and pop once they hit the air. For those moments he was lost in his own little world, and then he looked up again at Tao, still grinning, his face as innocently happy as a child's. He moved through the water to Tao, and settled himself between the vampire's knees, one hand on each shin. He bowed his head and nuzzled Tao's skin. "It feels good." He hummed. "Like I'm melting away."

	Tao ran his fingers through Riley's hair, ending at his nap and fingers lightly massaging the muscles there. "A larger bath is a luxury, but worth it. Have you never had a hot bath or gone swimming in a heated pool?" He asked. Riley shook his head and made a face as if the notion was ridiculous, even as in the back of his mind he was trying to come up with a reason to give the elders to have something like this build in the settlement. "We always use the river to bathe and swim in." He said, stretching his legs out in the water. "And it's cold as balls, always." He licked his upper lip. "How long will this keep you warm?" He asked.

Tao shrugged, "Depending on the heat created in the bath, a few hours. Heat could be useful for your pups and elders. Not that your women wouldn't enjoy the luxury at times." Even human women enjoyed a good soak from time to time. Hands to his sides on the tub he slipped into the water. "The heat brings color to your skin." He moved to the side for the small bench set in the side. "You can swim?"

"I can swim in a rushing river!" Riley replied indignantly, "And- I can shift into any animal, you know. I'm not some punkass werewolf who can only be one thing." He pushed slowly through the water to stand in front of Tao, knees bent so that he could keep his back and most of his shoulders in the water. "I could be an otter or a fish or a fucking shark if I wanted to." He said proudly, grinning at the vampire as his hands moved slowly through the water by his sides. "I wonder what you feel like warm." He pondered, taking in the sight of the other man's bare shoulders.

	Tao nearly laughed again. The way he went from wonder to indignation. Instead he moved back until he felt the bench and sat, the water just hitting his chin. "Come here, then. Riley moved forward in the tub until he was just about settled in Tao's lap, one knee on either side of the vampire's hips. This time when he put his hands to the other man's skin, it wasn't cold to the touch, in fact, it was fairly warm. "You've got some color, yourself." Riley said softly. It wasn't true, but it felt true, at least. "I feel relaxed, at least." He murmured. "Hard as fuck, though, master."

	Tao brought his hands to Riley's hips, "Hmmm, that won't change for a while yet." He warned and pushed at his hips to turn him around. "Sit, legs to the sides." He instructed. 	Riley touched the balls of his feet to the bottom of the tub so that he could turn as Tao had instructed. That accomplished, he settled back against the other man and spread his knees apart. It was an odd position to be in, willingly, at least, the water around him gave him an odd sense of weightlessness, even as his bare bottom connected with Tao's hips. Tao wrapped an arm around his waist and pulled his shoulders back. "Relax, close your eyes." He whispered. He ran his other hand along Riley's thighs, pulling his legs over his own and shifting down slightly to lean them back. He reached up farther, stroking him slowly. "I'm going to want you more then once." He kept his voice soft and kissed along his shoulder, licking along the curve of his shoulder. "Did you notice the straps under the water?"
