My movie watching isn't going so well. I'm at 81 movies so far for the year, and I wouldn't be worried, because 19 movies in one month really isn't all that hard, but I've been seriously disinterested in watching movies the past few months. Of course, in that time I've watched about 20 complete seasons of different shows (I'm at 69 for the year), so it's not like I've had time to watch any movies.
I just need to discipline myself. I've got at least 20 movies I haven't watched just sitting around here at home, so it's not like it's going to involve a lot of effort figuring out what to watch.
Speaking of disciplining myself, my project for next year is to read. I haven't decided whether to go for the full 50 books in one year (I've done it before, plenty of times, but in the past few years I've usually only read 10-15) or whether to just halve it so I won't feel completely stressed out. I'm already putting together a reading list: ( These are all books I already own. )
( I'm already planning for the repercussions of the writers' strike. )
